It’s actually just a Reiss clothing store, but it’s right next to St John’s College and situated on the beautiful Trinity Street, of which the buildings date back to the 1550s. Up until 1986, there was a bookstore on the corner called Bowes and Bowes which was the oldest bookstore in Britain, having traded on site since 1581. Since it closed it has become the Cambridge University Press bookshop, which is the world’s oldest publishing press (founded in 1534).
